Some cages aren't built to hold concrete.

Before every pour, the cage has to be tied: every bar, every link, every spacer. He's been tying them for decades, pliers in hand, crouched on top of his latest work. Look between the bars and you'll see what's waiting to be buried in the slab. They call him the Rebar Revenant, the steel fixer who came back from the pour… and makes sure nothing ever gets out.

This isn't just a Halloween t-shirt. It's a warning tied in steel, made for the steel fixers, concreters and formwork crews who know what really goes into the foundations.
