Shipping Policy

Every RawTrades tee is printed to order just for you, so please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. As soon as it's on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to all the countries we ship to. No minimum spend, no hidden extras at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We're working on adding more countries soon.

Estimated delivery times (after production)

United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
United States & Canada: 3–8 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days

These are estimates only and can vary due to courier delays, customs processing or busy periods.

Your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address you've given us, and any replacement in that case will need to be paid for.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of ordering, please get in touch.

Lost, missing or damaged parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and any safe place first, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 30 days with your order number and photos. We'll investigate with the courier before arranging a replacement or refund.
